Anvita is a creative mindset with a keen sense of design and because of this she has spent the majority of her career working on children's products making innovative and attractive things for them.

This is also why she is closely associated with Licensing merchandise for almost her entire career. She was the catalyst for adopting Mattel and Disney for Milton - The leading brand for tiffins, bottles and homeware. She worked with Warner Bros. - Batman, Superman, Tom & Jerry etc - helping WB expand their presence and visibility within the Indian market.

She also was part of the team which incubated the Licensing division for Star TV.

Currently she heads the L&M division of Green Gold and has helped CB expand marketshare as well as mindshare over the last 5 years.
