Ryan is the Head of Marketing & E-Commerce at Pantaloons. As the CMO & Digital business leader, he plays a critical role in building out the Pantaloons brand strategy, strengthening digital marketing capability, building a strong insights agenda and accelerating the class leading customer loyalty program. He holds the mandate to scale-up and grow Pantaloons’ fashion e-tail business, on Pantaloons.com as well on leading fashion market places like Myntra, Flipkart Fashion, Amazon & Ajio. Ryan has close to 20 years of rich experience across sectors ranging from Smartphones, FMCG, Financial Services and Retail with consumer focussed companies like Nestle, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Nokia, Microsoft and ABFRL. He has lived & worked in cities like London, Johannesburg, Dubai, Delhi & Mumbai and has held business responsibilities at a country, regional & global levels. In his career, Ryan has successfully built brands by leveraging traditional FMCG tools of consumer insight, mass media & product innovation whilst also driving the data analytics & digital transformation agenda forward,. Prior to Pantaloons, he was the Global Head, E-Commerce & Go-to-market for Nokia Phones brand licensee HMDGlobal & was based out of the UAE. Ryan holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
