• Prospective nominees are required to submit nominations with required fee details and supporting details/documents latest by June30, 2020.
• Nomination forms are checked by the License India audit team and LIMA team for eligibility and data authenticity. Nominees may be asked to rectify mistakes latest by July 02, 2020.
• Detailed performance review in a form of presentation shall be shared the License India team with the Jury for evaluation.
• Jury comprising industry experts and LIMA will evaluate the presentation and assign scores based on performance review by July04, 2020

• Results of Industry recommendations and Jury score will ultimately decide the final category nominee by July 06, 2020..
• Invitations will be sent to all entrants and Licensing Industry participants by July 07, 2020
• Awardee names will be announced at the starry night of recognition, ILE awards ceremony, July09, 2020. It is mandatory for all recipients to attend the function

Eligibility Criteria & Nomination Guidelines:

• The nominee should have at least one year of experience in the chosen category
• Any organization / entrepreneur /allied sector can apply. Each applicant can apply for one or multiple categories
• Each applicant would be required to fill in the enclosed Self-Nomination form and send it to us latest by June 30, 2020
• Self- Nomination forms should be sent along with the prescribed fee and supporting documents of achievements and highlights to License India team, by the stated date.

• Information received will be treated confidential and not used for any purpose except for evaluating award winners.
• Incomplete questionnaire in any manner will disqualify nomination.
• Right to permit participation and cancel/change award category is reserved with the Awards Management.
