Vijay have been involved in Professional Badminton for the last 25 years in various capacities as a Player, Coach, Managing Leagues, CEO, etc. This multi faceted exposure has helped me hone my skills, given me exposure from the grass root up to the professional level and has allowed me to speak on various seminars, workshops at the IIM’s, Management Institutes, Schools etc. My passion is to build a Professional Sports Ecosystem for all the stakeholders.

He managed the P&L, Operations and Commercials globally. Year on year growth

Successfully scaled operations in the last 4 years from inception to 60 employees and 40 venues in India and abroad.

Managed a team of coaches and support staff to deliver structured coaching programs through standardized coaching methodology

Initiated Level 1 Badminton Coaches Clinic for external coaches and Coaches Induction Program for Employee Coaches

Manage Profit Center verticals of Coaching, Tournaments, Franchisee etc

Responsible for maintaining the Brand integrity of the Directors – Mr Prakash Padukone and Mr Vimal Kumar, inarguably the two Legends of Indian Badminton
