LELA-is all about fusion Pret wear
VARIJA DESIGN STUDIO-focuses on Bridal.
Most of her fashion shows and collections are inspired by social causes like cancer awareness, peace, disability awareness, environmental issues, widow remarriage etc. and is her contribution to bring about the change in the society.

Varija Bajaj is also an interior designer and caters to architectural and bespoke interior needs under her brand VARIJA HOME.

Under VARIJA LIFE, Varija Bajaj has been involved in awareness programmes for persons with disabilities pan India. with absolutely no commercial efforts VARIJA Life takes credit in introducing a module in over 15 colleges focussing on the inclusion of persons with disabilities.

Being a successful entrepreneur, in an unorganized fashion sector, she is now a case study in ISB Hyderabad, the most reputed B-schools of the country. She is a mentor in over 36 colleges across the country like Amity, IILM, Pearl academy,BD Somani-Mumbai, JIMS, FMS-Delhi, Satyam-Delhi. She is also on the advisory board of Amity University and International Polytechnic for Women.

Varija Bajaj ha been honoured with the Delhi Gaurav Award for her immense contribution to the fashion industry.She has also been awarded with the Womens Achivers Award for Fashion by VLCC . She has won the DLA woman of the year award by DLA Media. She has also won one Build India Award . She has been announced as the top 100 innovators by the WORLD CSR Congress for her contribution to disability awareness.
