The LEGO Group and Universal Brand Development have launched a new line of construction sets inspired by the characters, scenes and musical genres from DreamWorks Animation’s upcoming ‘Trolls World Tour’. Trolls World Tour will premiere in theatres globally from spring 2020. Heather Oster, Vice President, franchise strategy, Universal Brand Development, said, “With its irreverent humor and award-winning music, the feel-good versatility of the ‘Troll’ franchise has licensees and fans across the globe excited for more.” “Looking ahead to Trolls World Tour, we’re teaming up with major brands and licensees to create dynamic collections that are bright and bold and that inspire fans to celebrate their own unique, individual style and share their happiness 365-days-a year,” Heather added. The new range includes products like Poppy’s Pod, Techno Reef Dance Part, Poppy’s Hot Air Balloon Adventure, Lonesome Flats Raft Adventure, Volcano Rock City Concert and Pop Village Celebration. The collection will hit retail shelves in January 2020, giving fans the opportunity to build and recreate some of their favorite moments from the film.
