Reebok and Daniel Moon Reveal Second Collaboration

Reebok and celebrity hair colorist, Daniel Moon, have announced their second product collaboration: a refresh of Reebok’s iconic Classic Leather and Club C 85 silhouettes. The new collection features four vivid designs inspired by Daniel’s trail-blazing approach to hair which uses palettes of bright colors to blend one-of-a-kind hairstyles.

Following the success of their first collection, which launched earlier this summer, Reebok and Daniel are excited to reveal new iterations of the brand’s well-known silhouettes. For this capsule, Daniel hand-painted four color gradients exclusively for Reebok, taking inspiration from some of the brand’s iconic 1980’s advertisements, as well as the historically bright colors of Los Angeles, where Daniel’s salon HAIR Los Angeles resides. The silhouettes have a full terry cloth upper that is not only one of the key design elements of Reebok’s ‘80s footwear, but also a reference to hair texture and every stylist’s must-have ‘tool,’ a towel.

The Classic Leather styles feature asymmetric gradients printed on their leather overlays, as well as two different cloth textiles on the underlays, tongue lining, and sock liner. It will be available in two colorways including Chalk/Acid Yellow/Bright Cobalt and Chalk/Atomic Pink/Radiant Ochre.

Comparably, the Club C 85 will feature hand-placed gradients across the shoe, which is made entirely of Reebok’s original terry cloth. Like the Classic Leather, a thicker gauge terry material will be used on the sock liner and tongue lining as a color pop and textural accent. The silhouette’s two colorways include Hint Mint/Forest Green/Solar Purple and Atomic Pink/Orange Flare/Alert Yellow.

Both the Classic Leather and Club C colorways are available now on Reebok's website, Reebok Stores, Superkicks, and VegNonveg starting at Rs 6,599.
