The international street fashion brand, Playboy has launched in India through select Metro Shoes and Mochi Stores in collaboration with Franco Leome. The range consists of trendy flip- flops, canvas and lifestyle shoes for the youth ranging from Rs 399 to Rs749 and Rs 1299 to Rs 3199 respectively. “The introduction of Playboy across Metro Shoes and Mochi is part of the strategy to attract the youth segment and provide them international fashion,” opines Farah Malik Bhanji, Executive Director, Metro Shoes. Metro Shoes has also created a special ambience in stores to promote Playboy. “The future expansion for Play boy includes presence across all Metro Shoes and Mochi stores in India as well as augmenting the range to include accessories like belts, wallets and caps by November 2011,” adds Bhanji.
