The licensing industry of India promises enormous potential and opportunities while portraying an y-o-y growth of approx 9 per cent. And what started with the advent of iconic properties like Mickey and Barbie has opened gateways for homegrown characters to test the water and excel. While the entire gamut of properties already existed, actual licensing started merely a decade ago when the country experienced various genres of licensing, say the industry experts.

Complementing the same, License India – the media division of Franchise India Group, is gearing up for its official annual event BRAND LICENSING CONFERENCE 2015 supported by LIMA, the recognised authority of licensing industry worldwide, with Bradford License India (BLI) being the knowledge partner.
